FIRESCREENS

Firescreens - Here are some examples. These are made to fit each fireplace, and are painted to order. Some people want their own designs, and some copy an existing design. There are three different designs of screen:

  1. A flat board with hinged supports, made to fit the fireplace exactly, or to stand in in the fire place as in number 7 from the left.

  2. A flat board, shaped around a particular design, like number 5 from the left.

  3. A triptych, like numbers 6, 8 and 9.
